Dr. Smita Kumar recently moved to Vancouver from Chicago, USA. She has more than six years of experience providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Since graduating from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Kumar has attended hundreds of hours of Continuing Education courses to provide her patients with the most up-to-date dental treatments.

Dr. Kumar loves to deliver high-quality dental care while being gentle and compassionate. She has a special interest in treating the pediatric population and will be starting her pediatric dental residency at UBC this summer.

Dr. Kumar is fluent in English and Hindi. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading and cooking. She is excited to explore British Columbia with her husband.
