Dr. David Leung was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He attended Upper Canada College for high school and then spent 4 years studying at New York University. He then completed both his dental school and Periodontics Residency at University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 2006. He is happily married and enjoys traveling, watching football, and cooking for friends. His passion is to help others with his expertise and restore not only their dentition but also their self-esteem.

Dr. Ammar Taimish limits his scope of practice to oral surgery and implant dentistry. His main focus is the removal of impacted wisdom teeth, surgical extraction, dental implants, dentistry while you sleep (sedation), bone grafting, All-on-4™, and teeth in a day.

Dr. Taimish attended New York University College of Dentistry. He followed his dental degree with training at Syracuse University Hospital Department of Surgery and in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Detroit Receiving Hospital / Wayne State School of Medicine.

Dr. Taimish is a lifelong student devoted to bettering himself and the profession of dentistry. He is an advocate of “learn more, achieve more” and is a believer in sharing knowledge and experience for the betterment of others. He is involved in study courses, as a mentor for Hiossen Implant Canada and teaches implant surgery courses in the Dominican Republic. He also volunteers in the non-profit 1000 Smiles in Grenada.

Dr. Taimish also provides mobile oral surgery services throughout southern Ontario and has initiated a surgical mentoring program and study club for dentists supporting practitioners with surgical treatment planning, problem-solving, and technical solutions.

As your dentist, Dr. PK Chung feels that it is his responsibility to listen to his patients’ needs and create a unique treatment plan that will give them lasting, healthy smiles. He is dedicated to providing oral health services to improve the overall health of his patients, helping people smile again, and getting patients out of discomfort.

Dr. Chung attended the University of Western Ontario for his dental degree. He understands that quality education and a commitment to continuing education provides him with the skills necessary to help his patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. He is actively involved in continuing education in order to provide his patients with the dental services they need and want.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Chung enjoys outdoor activities, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Blair Farbstein received her Honours Bachelor of Medical Science degree from Western University, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. She then pursued an additional year of training and was accepted to the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Tufts University in Boston. During her training, she worked closely with and provided comprehensive dental care to the special needs population in Massachusetts and served as a clinical instructor in the undergraduate emergency dental clinic.

Dr. Farbstein takes a patient-centered approach to dentistry by listening to and learning from her patients. She believes in creating a calm, collaborative and positive environment in which her patients can feel at ease. Her warmth and friendliness have allowed her to create trusting and strong relationships with her patients.

While not in the office, Dr. Farbstein loves to spend time outdoors, explore the city and try out new recipes!
